The Canton Fair has come to an end. The afternoon tea time at CCH: Eating, drinking, rewards, playing games.

The afternoon of the day after the 140th Canton Fair concluded, on the table in the CCH meeting room.

The cakes were placed, and the milk teas were lined up in a row. There was no agenda list. The administrative colleagues only posted in the group chat: "At 5 PM, in the meeting room, afternoon tea, everyone is welcome."

 

Then, people began to arrive one after another.

 

1. Eating, Drinking and Chatting: Finishing the unfinished conversations at the exhibition

In the first half-hour of the afternoon tea, hardly anyone was discussing work.

Everyone got together to chat, enjoying the afternoon tea and relaxing their minds.

2.Rewards: Business representatives who invited customers to the company

After spending most of their time eating and drinking, the administrative staff presented a list.

 

This list was not "the person who attended the exhibition for the longest time", nor "the person who received the most customers", but rather the colleagues who successfully invited customers to visit and negotiate at the company after the exhibition.

 

During the China Import and Export Fair, many buyers at the CCH booth talked and were then invited to the CCH Guangzhou company to continue viewing the products, inspecting the factory, and discussing the plans. Some made appointments on the spot, while others left their contact information waiting for confirmation. These colleagues who "took customers from the booth to the company" were called forward today.

 

The two bosses personally awarded the bonuses.

 

One of the rewarded colleagues said, "Actually, it wasn't me who said it. The customers came to the booth after viewing the products and themselves wanted to come to the company to see everything. What was displayed at the booth was just a selection, while the company itself is the complete picture."

 

This statement is probably the best explanation for "inviting customers to the company" itself.

 

 

III. Mini Game: The Hour with the Loudest Laughter in the Meeting Room

In the latter part of the afternoon tea, the atmosphere completely changed.

 

The administrative colleagues announced the start of the game. Everyone played a mini game.

 

The laughter in the meeting room was probably the loudest one this entire month.

 

 

 

By the time the afternoon tea was over, the sky had already darkened.

 

The cake was eaten, the milk tea was drunk up, and the game props were put away in the cabinet. Some people went back to their desks to continue responding to emails, while others took out their notebooks to organize the follow-up list for exhibition clients.

 

For the two sessions of the Canton Fair, the CCH team set up their booths for ten days and received a thick stack of business cards. They also arranged to have a few clients come to the company. But more important than these numbers were the laughter and casual conversations during this afternoon tea.

 

Eating and drinking are rewards, rewards are recognition, and games are relaxation.

 

The exhibition is over, but work continues. But today, let's take a good rest first.
