CCH Employee Birthday Party: Being remembered is a kind of happiness in the days of hard work.
At noon on a working day, there was a sudden silence in the CCH office.
Then, the lights came on.
On the table, there was a cake, two boxes of pizza, beside it were several plates of cut fruits and two bunches of beautiful flowers. This was the birthday party prepared by CCH for their colleagues whose birthdays were in October.
There was no set procedure, only surprises.
No host, no PPT, no leader's speech.
When singing the birthday song, everyone was laughing.
The cake had candles on it, the number was not necessarily the exact age, but it was a sincere blessing.
The colleagues sitting around, some had just returned from the factory and their work clothes hadn't had time to be changed yet; some were still holding the newly printed customs declaration forms; some had just stepped away from a customer call and their ears were still a little red.
But when singing the birthday song, everyone was laughing.
The birthday celebrants made wishes, blew out the candles, and cut the cake - the cake was cut unevenly, but everyone got a piece. Some ate while saying "It's too sweet", and then took another piece.

Chatting about daily life is more precious than anything else
The birthday party didn't last long, less than half an hour.
But during this half an hour, the topics discussed were very diverse:
Some talked about the experiences from last week's exhibition in the United States, the exhibition hall in Atlanta was much larger than imagined
Some joked that the shelves in the Miami warehouse weren't stocked fast enough, the next batch of goods was already on the way
Some asked if the new colleague lived far away, if so, they could share a ride
Some shared the dramas they were currently following, and the neighboring colleague revealed the plot to them on the spot
There were no KPIs, no delivery deadlines, no customer complaints. There was just a group of people working together, on an ordinary noon, because of a cake, they stopped to chat.
This is not the first time CCH has given employees a birthday celebration, nor will it be the last.
At CCH, the birthday party is not a big deal. There is no layer-by-layer budget approval process, no carefully planned team-building plan. It's just that the administrative colleagues buy a cake and everyone gathers together to have some fun.
But it is precisely these "not-so-big-deal" things that constitute the warmth of a team.
The team at CCH is not large, but everyone is noticed. Your birthday is remembered, your hard work is known, your happiness is shared - this is more real than any team-building slogan.
Next stop, continue to stand side by side
The birthday party ended, everyone returned to their workstations, the computer screens lit up again, emails continued to be processed, orders continued to be followed up.
The preparations for the Canton Fair were still ongoing, the samples from the American customer were still being confirmed, the next batch of goods from the Miami warehouse was being packed.
But at least at this noon, in the cake and laughter, the colleagues at CCH spent a relaxing time together.
This is CCH - working seriously, also living seriously; pursuing quality, also caring about warmth.
