ISO Three System Certification

ASTM Standards - Admission Ticket to the North American Market
CCH products strictly adhere to the relevant standards of ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials). ASTM standards cover the material properties, strength requirements, and testing methods for hardware products such as hinges, sliding rails, and fasteners.
For furniture hardware, the ASTM series of standards serves as the "common language" in the North American market:
Hinge strength and durability: Refer to relevant ASTM testing standards to simulate the performance under long-term usage conditions.
Surface coating: The ASTM A153 standard specifies the quality requirements for hot-dip galvanizing layers, ensuring that the product is resistant to corrosion in humid environments.
Fastener material: The standards such as ASTM F594 stipulate the chemical and mechanical performance requirements for fasteners like stainless steel nuts.
EN standard - The quality passport for the European market
The EN (European standard) system is a necessary condition for entering the EU market. CCH products strictly meet the requirements of the corresponding EN standards:
Furniture hardware - Hinge strength and durability: The EN 15828 standard specifies the testing methods and requirements for the strength and durability of hinges and their components.
Furniture hardware - Sliding door accessories: The EN 15706 standard is applicable to the sliding rail accessories for various sliding doors and rolling front doors.
Building materials hardware - Single-axis hinges: The EN 1935 standard specifies the performance requirements and testing methods for hinges.
For products such as hinges and sliding rails, these standards cover key indicators such as the number of opening and closing cycles, load-bearing capacity, and material durability. The 50,000 opening and closing tests conducted by CCH were designed and verified based on the EN standard "S grade (normal door use) ≥ 50,000 times".
ANSI/BHMA Standards - Safety Benchmarks for Building Hardware in North America
In the North American market, building hardware products must also comply with ANSI (American National Standards Institute) and BHMA (American Association of Building Hardware Manufacturers) standards.
The ANSI/BHMA A156 series of standards cover the performance requirements, cycle tests and strength tests for building hardware products such as door locks, hinges, and padlocks, ensuring the reliability of the products in long-term usage environments.
Hazardous Substance Control - RoHS Compliance
In the global market, products not only need to be "user-friendly", but also "safe and environmentally friendly". CCH products comply with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) requirements and strictly control the content of harmful substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and polybrominated biphenyls in the products.
